It was a pleasure meeting with you last Friday.  I'm glad we had the opportunity to discuss and, I hope, resolve some of the problems you had with our toy shipments three years ago.  As I mentioned, we've upgraded our delivery system in the past year, which should prevent any reccurrence of late shipments and shipping errors.
